NONA M. CRYSTAL
BURLEY - Nona M Crystal, 87, of Burley, Idaho, passed away Thursday morning, September 26, 2019, after a brief illness. Nona was born in Grant, Idaho, February 1, 1932, to Lester Clayton Frisk and Ivy Badel Hansen Frisk. She grew up and attended schools in the Rigby area. On August 5, 1952, she married Don V. Crystal in Rigby, Idaho. To this union we’re born 5 children, Kelly, Lester, Kathy, Bobby and Mark. Later she married Ted H. Gibbs and to this union one child Sonya Lisa. Nona is survived by her son, Kelly Don Crystal, of Burley, son, Bobby Ray Crystal also of Burley, son, Brian Mark (Sara) Crystal of Twin Falls, sister, Donna Johnson of Rupert and sister Patty Jo (Romulo) Bacod of North Las Vegas, NV. 12 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, various nieces and nephews. Nona was preceded in death by her mother Ivy Badel (Hansen) Bills, father, Lester Clayton Frisk, children’s father Don V Crystal, sister, Lois Lou Radford, daughter, Kathy Lyn Hartford, son, Lester Clayton Frisk and daughter, Sonya Lisa Gibbs. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, October 4, 2019 at the 7th Ward building, 2200 Oakley Ave. in Burley with Bishop Brent Winn officiating. Burial will be in the Central Cemetery in Grant, Idaho at 4:00 p.m. Family will greet friends Thursday evening from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. at the Morrison Funeral Home, 188 South Hwy 24 in Rupert and one hour prior to the services at the church on Friday. Arrangements are under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home 188 South Hwy 24 in Rupert.
