Ty Austin Kelley, 33, of Rupert, Idaho, passed away unexpectedly on October 30th, 2020.
Ty was born on August 11th, 1987, to Jack and Leslie Kelley in Ogden, UT. Ty spent the first
few years of his life growing up with his sisters in Snowville, UT. In 1995 his parents moved the
family to Murtaugh, Idaho and a few years later they settled in Rupert, Idaho, where he spent
the rest of his life. He graduated from Minico High School in 2005. A few years later, Ty met
Aimee (Stone) Kelley and he became a father to her young girls Angela and Bella Stone. Later
they welcomed their youngest daughter, Candice. In 2011 Ty and Aimee were married, but
would later devorce. Ty had an unprecedented work ethic and was employed for several years
at Dutchman, and later moved to Americold as a hyster operator.
Ty was a friend to everyone he met. He loved to make people laugh and smile and was often
referred to as the class clown. Growing up, he was always doing crazy things like surfing down
the stairs in a box, hiding in numerous household appliances to scare his mom and sisters, and
thinking up pranks and his never ending list of entrepreneur ideas.
Ty is survived by the most important person in his life, his daughter, Candice Eden Kelley. He is
also survived by his parents Leslie (Steve) Jessop and Jack Kelley, siblings; Amber (Bill) Burr
and Hailey (Casey) Pearson, Jackie (Trey) Kelley Price, Julie Kelley, and Danny (Bethany)
Kelley; numerous nieces and nephews; grandparents Dan and Shirley Kelley, Jackie Kimball,
and Todd (Mary Evelyn) Kimball.
A short service will be held for Ty on Thursday November 5th at 2 PM at Morrison's Funeral
Home, 188 ID-24 Rupert, ID.
