Laurie and I were best friends through out school, she was fun loving and so funny .. one funny memory I shared with Laurie was trick or treating that was when it was fun and you carried a pillow case .. we dressed up as clowns .. we told each others moms that we were staying at the others house so we could stay out and trick or treat all night long and seriously it was all night long we stayed out til after one in the morning knocking on every door in Burley til there was no house with any candy left .. at the end of the night they would just dump all the bowl into our pillow cases we could verily drag them home.. I also remember the day she meet her hubby of forty three years. she said I will marry the man .. watch and see and she did do so.. she was very proud of her marriage and never regretted getting married so young ..Laurie rest in peace my dear friend your work is done here .. go be with your momma and friend Janet .. til we trick or treat in heaven my friend love ya Dana.

I am so sorry you lost this amazing person. Laurie, Janet and I used to spend every recess at southwest elementary school together. Janet loved to read mysteries and comic books. She would read to Laurie and me every recess. I have such fond memories of them both. Laurie was so kind and sweet. No matter how much time passed when we would see each other she also take time to talk. Sending love and prayers to you and your family.
